Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JW Ecom B.V., Scharnerweg 35, 6224 JA Maastricht, Netherlands, email: info@kleefmode.com, telephone: +31 85 250 2208) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website using the form below. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send or hand over the goods to JW Ecom B.V., Scharnerweg 35, 6224 JA Maastricht, Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
