Return Period

Kleef Mode offers a reflection period of 30 days after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return or exchange your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and unused, and is in the original packaging. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.

Return Process

Contact our customer service at info@kleefmode.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you a return authorization and clear instructions. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation. Then, hand the package over to the designated courier.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. If approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that processing times may vary with banks and credit card companies. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at info@kleefmode.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within the same return period of 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Defective items will be replaced with an identical item of the same size. Please pay close attention to the size information on the product page when ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled as long as they have not yet been sent. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us right away at info@kleefmode.com. If possible, include a video or clear photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs. The return shipment is always done via the post, and the shipping label is provided digitally.
