Return Period
Kleef Mode offers a reflection period of 30 days after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return or exchange your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and unused, and is in the original packaging. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.
Return Process
Contact our customer service at info@kleefmode.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you a return authorization and clear instructions. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation. Then, hand the package over to the designated courier.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. If approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 days.
