Information: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. If your order has already been shipped, we may not always be able to stop the delivery; in that case, you can return the package to us within the same period. Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (personalized products, sealed items where the seal has been broken for hygienic reasons, already downloaded digital goods, etc.).
